Hi Gram!
It was hard getting out of bed this morning, but I did it! I did my puzzles and journal then dragged my butt to the gym for my upper body workout. I felt proud to have gone, as is usually the case. I took the long way around to get there, then took a detour getting home to try to get in my steps before the rain. I’m scared to develop blood clots again, so I take the walks seriously.

The rest of the day was full of life’s admin tasks and waiting for a contractor to come fix the heat. He finally came around 5:30 and got the heat working this time. It’s been a few days without heat, with them sending someone each day. The apartment has hydronic heat, so with each fix, it’ll be a few hours to see if it’s working. It’ll be nice to have heat again. We enjoyed an evening of pizza and a movie, cozy in our little apartment. After the movie, we cleaned up and I headed to bed.
