Fitness Hurts

Hi Gram,
I woke up sore and warm this morning. With no AC, it gets hot early but the fan in the room helps. We left a little early for our walk and did about 4 miles with plenty of hills and stairs. The rest of the day went much like the day before with workouts and breaks alternating throughout our day. Yoga was little more organized and I felt really stretched after that. HIIT was still very difficult, but I preferred today over yesterday. In Muay Thai class, I got them to let me shadow box instead of punching and kicking people or bags. It was much better than the anger-inducing class from yesterday. I had trouble staying cool, even after a Thai shower (bucket of water) and sweat profusely into the early evening. After dinner, I walked over and got a massage. The lady laughed at me for walking like an old man from being so sore, all in good nature, and the massage felt amazing. I drifted out of there back to the camp where I took a shower and headed to bed early.
